The summary report give users a general overview of the traffic patterns of their website. This includes the monthly and daily statistics, the "Record Book", the most requested pages, etc. This report gives users a good snapshot when time is of the essence.

The Access Details:
This report keeps track of "user sessions," showing the paths taken through the site by its visitors. It also provides an estimate of how many unique visitors the site has had and how long they've stayed. This is invaluable when you want to determine what visitor patterns.

The Keyword Report:
This report logs the keywords used by visitors to find the site in the various Internet search engines and directories. The major search engines are each listed individually. This is one of the most important reports we offer, it is necessary to determine which search engine strategies are working and which one are not.

The Referrer Report:
This report logs the URLs reported by browsers as the "referrers" directing them to the various listed pages. This is essential as it relays where the traffic for a site is coming from and where promotional efforts could be improved.

The Agent Report:
The agent report lists the agents (browsers) and platforms (operating systems) utilized by visitors to these pages. This allows the user to better understand what technologies visitors are using and which technologies the site should support.

The Full Access Report:
This report contains the entire raw log file. If the user wants access to their log files this provides them a web-based way to access them.
